Yeah, the wifi at Dreams Vista Cancun can be a rollercoaster. I was there in April and it was definitely inconsistent. Some days it was fine, streaming no problem. Other days? Forget about it. My solution was using my phone as a hotspot – my provider's international plan was surprisingly affordable. Might be worth considering that as a backup, or even your primary connection, if your wife's work is that crucial. Upgrading the resort wifi might not guarantee a fix, honestly.
