Haha, mysterious menu is exactly right! Thanks for the cochinita pibil tip – I'm sold. Beach and pool over golf sounds like the perfect plan. Three days does feel a little short, now that you mention it; definitely need to maximize the relaxation. Margaritas and sun… now you’re talking!
