That's awesome advice, thanks! I hadn't thought about local archives; I was mostly focused on online stuff. The Cancun historical society sounds like a good lead. The west wing thing… yeah, it’s totally cliché, but the sheer creepiness of the place is beyond cliché. Seriously, the air was thick with… something. I’ll definitely update you guys when I get back. And don't worry, I'm not planning on becoming another legend myself! My voice recorder has already picked up some… interesting sounds. I'll post some snippets if I can get them cleaned up.
