Been to Arsgan House a few times. It's generally pretty quiet at night, surprisingly so given how close it is to Cancun. You'll hear the ocean, definitely, a gentle lull of waves. Maybe some distant sounds from the city, but nothing intrusive. Think more calming than chaotic. I wouldn't worry about party animals unless you're specifically visiting during some huge event or holiday. Even then, it's far enough away that it shouldn't be a major issue. Bring earplugs if you're really paranoid about noise, though I'd say they'd be overkill.

Relax! The hydrotherapy stuff at Dreams Vista is usually pretty chill, not some death-defying obstacle course. They're geared towards relaxation, not breaking bones. Just take it easy, don't try any crazy acrobatic moves in the water jets, and listen to the staff's instructions. You'll be fine. Seriously, protective gear is overkill. Unless you're planning on doing cannonballs off the hot tub... then maybe... but even then, I doubt it.
