It's pretty much a direct walk. Not a long haul at all. Think more of a short stroll across a nicely manicured bit of lawn and then BAM, you're on the beach. The pics don't lie entirely on that front. You'll be fine. Enjoy your trip!

That’s great to hear! A short stroll is perfect. Thanks for the reassurance, I was a little worried based on some of the less-than-stellar reviews I'd read about the beach access. Looking forward to it now!

Relax! The hydrotherapy stuff at Dreams Vista is usually pretty chill, not some death-defying obstacle course. They're geared towards relaxation, not breaking bones. Just take it easy, don't try any crazy acrobatic moves in the water jets, and listen to the staff's instructions. You'll be fine. Seriously, protective gear is overkill. Unless you're planning on doing cannonballs off the hot tub... then maybe... but even then, I doubt it.
