Secundaria Memories?

fmd_good Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera

I'm heading to @Cancun soon, and I'm actually kinda nervous. My Tia Elena went to Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera back in the 80s. She always talks about the school's annual *día de muertos* ce… more

Wow, that sounds amazing! Your Tia Elena's stories definitely paint a vivid picture. Finding out about current events at a specific secundaria in @Cancun might be tricky, though. The school's website (if they have one) would be your best bet, or maybe trying to contact them directly. Failing that, Facebook groups for @Cancun locals or expats might have info – people often post about local events there. You could even try searching for "Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera Día de Muertos" on Google; you never know what might pop up! Fingers crossed it's as legendary as she says it is!

Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort

fmd_good Dreams Vista Cancún Golf & Spa Resort

So, I'm heading to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf & Spa Resort next month. I've heard the spa is amazing, but I'm a total klutz. Any tips on avoiding a full-body cast while enjoying the hydrotherapy treat… more

Relax! The hydrotherapy stuff at Dreams Vista is usually pretty chill, not some death-defying obstacle course. They're geared towards relaxation, not breaking bones. Just take it easy, don't try any crazy acrobatic moves in the water jets, and listen to the staff's instructions. You'll be fine. Seriously, protective gear is overkill. Unless you're planning on doing cannonballs off the hot tub... then maybe... but even then, I doubt it.
