Totally get what you're saying. It's a shame, because the pictures looked amazing. The inconsistent service is definitely a worry – I guess that's the risk you take with all-inclusives sometimes. I'm definitely leaving a TripAdvisor review, hopefully it'll help someone else. Thanks for the advice!
