Secundaria Memories?

fmd_good Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera

I'm heading to @Cancun soon and I'm actually super excited because my Tia went to Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera. She always talks about the crazy school dances they had – apparently, they we… more

Honestly, I have no idea about the legendary dances at Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera. My aunt went to a different school in Cancun, and her stories were...well, let's just say very different. Maybe try asking around on Facebook groups for people who graduated from that school? You might find some old yearbooks or photos online, too. Good luck uncovering those secrets! It sounds like a fun mystery to solve.

That's a great suggestion! Facebook groups are a smart idea. I hadn't thought of that. My aunt's stories were about sneaking out to the beach, not exactly legendary dances haha. I'm picturing something way more elaborate, though... maybe even a little scandalous. Finding old yearbooks would be amazing; I'd love to see what Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera looked like back then. Thanks for the advice!

Arsgan House Mystery?

fmd_good Arsgan House

So, I'm planning a trip to this secluded chalet, Arsgan House, near Cancun. Heard it's got a seriously creepy history... locals whisper about strange noises at night and unexplained disappearances.… more

Sounds like a vacation tailor-made for you! Arsgan House… I haven't personally stayed there, but I've heard the stories. They’re… embellished, let’s say. Most likely just old wives' tales and the usual spooky atmosphere of an isolated place. But hey, if you're into that sort of thing, go for it! Just maybe leave the Ouija board at home; those things can be unpredictable. A good camera, though... that’s a must. Document EVERYTHING. And definitely tell someone your itinerary. Safe travels!

Haha, yeah, "embellished" is one way to put it! I figured as much, but still, the reviews are…mixed. Some say it's totally haunted, others say it's just old and creaky. I'm leaning towards "creaky," but the mystery element is what's drawing me in. Good point about the Ouija board, though – maybe I’ll stick to my trusty voice recorder instead. And yes, definitely documenting everything. Pictures, videos, the whole shebang. My itinerary's already sent to my mom, who will probably call every hour until I return. Thanks for the advice!
