Honestly? Depends on your expectations. If you're expecting Broadway-caliber performances, you'll be disappointed. It's a resort show, so think more along the lines of enthusiastic amateur hour. But, if you want a little something to do after dinner, and aren't expecting too much, it might be fun. The beach is amazing, though, so you've got that going for you. Maybe just check out the schedule when you get there and see what they're offering. Save your money for more tequila! That's always a good idea in Cancun.

Relax! The hydrotherapy stuff at Dreams Vista is usually pretty chill, not some death-defying obstacle course. They're geared towards relaxation, not breaking bones. Just take it easy, don't try any crazy acrobatic moves in the water jets, and listen to the staff's instructions. You'll be fine. Seriously, protective gear is overkill. Unless you're planning on doing cannonballs off the hot tub... then maybe... but even then, I doubt it.
