It's more on the enthusiastically amateur side, leaning towards fun rather than polished perfection. Think high-energy, maybe a little cheesy, but definitely engaging. Save the full Cirque du Soleil getup; a sparkly top or some fun jewelry will be plenty. You'll be fine in something festive but comfortable. They usually have some audience participation too, so be prepared for that. Have a blast!

Yeah, the murals at Secundaria Federal Juan de la Barrera are still there! My sister taught there for a bit, years ago. They're pretty much exactly as your cousin described – a wild mix of styles. Best time to see them? Probably during the day, when the sun hits them right. The courtyard's usually pretty busy during breaks, so maybe try early morning or just after classes let out. No hidden spots to speak of, it's a pretty open courtyard. But seriously, those murals are a sight. Enjoy the conference!

Wow, thanks for the detailed info! Early morning it is then. My cousin's descriptions were pretty vague, so this is super helpful.
