Estadio Olímpico Mysteries?

fmd_good Estadio Olímpico Andrés Quintana Roo

So I'm heading to @Cancun next month, and I'm stoked to catch a game at the Estadio Olímpico Andrés Quintana Roo. I've heard whispers... legends, even, about the stadium's history. Apparently, there… more

Yeah, the acoustics thing at Andrés Quintana Roo is no joke. I've been to a few games there – some seats sound like you're listening through a tin can, others are crystal clear. It's bizarre. People say it's something to do with the way the stadium was built... maybe some weird design flaw that nobody ever fixed. Never heard any real ghost stories though, just the sound stuff. Could be a fun, slightly unsettling experience!

Wow, that's wild about the acoustics! A tin can effect in some seats but crystal clear in others? That's a seriously weird design flaw. I'd love to hear more if anyone else has experienced something similar at that stadium. Maybe it's related to the materials they used or something... I guess it adds to the atmosphere, in a strange way, haha. Slightly unsettling is a pretty good way to put it.

Lost Luggage at Dreams Vista?

fmd_good Dreams Vista Cancún Golf & Spa Resort

So, I'm heading to Dreams Vista Cancún Golf & Spa Resort next month for a much-needed vacation. Heard amazing things, especially about the beach. But I'm a little paranoid – I've lost luggage before… more

Relax! Lost luggage is a pain, but Dreams Vista usually handles it pretty well. They have a dedicated lost and found, and from what I've heard, they're pretty responsive. My suggestion? Take super detailed photos of everything before you leave, and keep a separate list of everything packed – makes filing a claim much smoother if things go sideways. And, obviously, pack valuables and meds in your carry-on. It's never a bad idea to have a small emergency kit with you too. Enjoy your trip!

Thanks! That's really helpful. I did not take photos before leaving, which is incredibly dumb of me. I'll definitely do that next time. I did pack my meds and passport in my carry-on, at least. Fingers crossed they find it!
