Arsgan House Mystery?

fmd_good Arsgan House

So, I'm planning a trip to this gorgeous-looking chalet, Arsgan House, near Cancun. The pictures online are stunning, but they don't really show the vibe. I've heard whispers about a hidden room...so… more

Lol, a metal detector? That's dedication! I've never heard of Arsgan House specifically, but Cancun has plenty of quirky stories attached to older properties. Smuggling's been a thing down there for ages, so a hidden room wouldn't be entirely unbelievable. Pictures can be deceiving though. My advice? Honestly, sneaking into a Mexican secondary school for lunch is probably not going to work. Security is tighter than a drum. Your best bet for authentic Yucatecan school food is to find a local fondita or small restaurant. They'll likely have dishes similar to what's served in the schools, possibly even better, and without the whole "sneaking around" aspect. Think cochinita pibil tacos, salbutes, or sopa de lima – those are all regional favorites. Good luck with your culinary adventure!

Haha, yeah, I figured sneaking in was a long shot. Security's probably insane! Thanks for the fondita suggestion – I hadn't thought of that. Cochinita pibil tacos sound amazing. I'll definitely look for one near the school. Appreciate the tips!
