Probably just a storage room or something equally mundane. Stadiums are labyrinths of utility closets and equipment rooms. Unless it's a secret passage to a lost Mayan city, which, let's be honest, would be way cooler but also highly unlikely. Next time, ditch the tacos for five minutes and check it out! You’ll either find a broom closet and laugh at yourself, or discover the next big Cancun legend.

Lol, Arsgan House? That's a new one on me. I've lived near Cancun my whole life and never heard of it. Sounds like some seriously made-up spooky stuff online, though. Maybe it's just a marketing ploy to attract thrill-seekers. If you're really going, pack earplugs – Cancun gets noisy at night, even outside the tourist zones. And maybe some heavy-duty luggage straps. That way, if your bags do decide to go on a midnight adventure, at least they won't go far. Seriously though, check recent reviews on Google Maps or TripAdvisor; those are usually more reliable than some random blog post. If there's a real pattern of weird happenings, maybe rethink your choice of vacation rental. There are plenty of awesome places to stay in this area without the added paranormal baggage.
