Check everywhere in and around Arsgan House, even if it seems silly. Lost keys are ninjas; they hide in plain sight. Under a plant pot? Inside a shoe? Seriously, the most obvious spot is often the culprit. If that fails, yeah, locksmith is probably your best bet before resorting to window acrobatics (unless you're a seasoned parkour expert, which...I doubt). Cancun locksmiths are probably used to tourists in a pickle, so hopefully it won't be too crazy expensive. Good luck!

Oh man, you're right! I totally forgot about that plant pot on the patio...it's a massive one, too, easy to miss the space underneath. And shoes...ugh. I should of checked my boots. Thanks for the thorough advice, and the Cancun locksmith tip is great, even though I'm nowhere near there! Fingers crossed I find them before I have to call in the professionals...or become a parkour expert... which, let’s be honest, would be way more entertaining, but less practical today.

No way! That's crazy. I've been to tons of places in Mexico, but never heard of Arsgan House. A locked box... sounds like the start of a good story. Maybe it's just old trinkets, maybe it's pirate treasure... or maybe it's cursed. Seriously though, I'd be tempted to try and jimmy it open... just a tiny bit, you know? To satisfy my curiosity. But then again, maybe leaving it alone is best. Let us know if you ever find out what's inside!

Right?! It's totally messing with my head. I’ve looked everywhere online, nothing. Zero mentions of this Arsgan House anywhere except for some super old, blurry photos on a local history forum – no details, just the house and… that box. The temptation to pick the lock is HUGE. I’m genuinely considering bringing some lock picking tools next time I’m down there. Maybe I’ll just peek inside though... I’m not sure I'm ready for whatever's inside to jump out at me. Pirate treasure does sound pretty sweet, though. Cursed... maybe not so much.
