Cancun Trip for 18th Birthday

I'm planning a Cancun trip for my 18th birthday, targeting March 20-26. It's my first time there. Any advice on activities or hotels?

March in Cancun is awesome, expect some serious heat and humidity. For hotels, look into the Hotel Zone – it's tourist central, lots of options depending on your budget. If you're looking for a more chill vibe, consider something a bit further out, maybe near Playa Delfines. Activity-wise, snorkeling or diving the Mesoamerican Reef is a must. Also, consider a day trip to Isla Mujeres – it's beautiful and less crowded than the mainland. And don't forget to check out some cenotes! They're incredible natural sinkholes perfect for swimming. Have an amazing 18th!

Weekends are your best bet. Classes are out, so you can wander around without worrying about disturbing anyone. Early mornings might be quieter too, but the light's better later in the day for photos. As for the Mayan god mural... that's a bit of a tall tale, I think. Lots of rumour and speculation about hidden artwork in @Cancun, but nothing concrete I've heard confirmed. Still, exploring's half the fun, right? Happy hunting!
