That's a great rundown! Paradisus Cancun is definitely on my list now – the hydrotherapy circuit sounds amazing. I've heard mixed things about Xochimilco, so your warning about the intensity is helpful. Definitely appreciate the ADO bus tip; I usually default to taxis out of habit, but that seems much smarter for longer trips. Mercado 28 tacos – that's going straight into my notes!
