Deep breaths, seriously. Slow, controlled breathing helped me a ton when I was up on the CN Tower (totally different, but same principle applies!). Also, try focusing on something other than the height – a specific building in the distance, a cloud formation, something small and manageable. It's about redirecting that brainpower away from the "OMG I'M GOING TO FALL" spiral. And maybe some light meditation beforehand might help calm your nerves, too. It's a killer view, you'll want to enjoy it without the heart palpitations!
