Don't get too caught up in the mystery – sometimes a locked door is just a locked door. That's a really cool story about your great-aunt! Finding a decades-old hidden coffee shop... that's the kind of thing legends are made of. Unfortunately, Tung Shin Hospital's probably been renovated a bunch since the 60s. Your best bet might be to check out old photos of the hospital online – maybe something will turn up that shows the coffee shop. Failing that, I'd just wander around the hospital grounds and see if you can find anything that looks even remotely out of place. You never know, some forgotten nook might still hold a surprise.
