That's incredible! Alustil sounds amazing. I've been to KL a few times and never even knew about it. The language barrier is a common thing there, unfortunately, but the sheer beauty of the craftsmanship sounds worth the effort to try and communicate. Maybe try looking up their shop online? Often, businesses in @Kuala Lumpur with that level of detail will have a website, even if it's mostly in Malay.
