Petronas Towers Elevator Speed?

fmd_good Petronas Towers

I'm visiting the Petronas Towers next month, and I've heard the elevators are crazy fast. Seriously, like, *warp speed* fast. My question is, does anyone know what it *actually* feels like? I’m a bi… more

It's fast, yeah, but not warp speed fast. More like a really efficient, smooth escalator to the sky. You'll feel the acceleration, a slight pressure in your ears maybe, but nothing terrifying. Think less stomach-flip and more... brisk. The view's so amazing you'll totally forget about the speed. Just try to focus on that, and maybe don't look down during the initial ascent. You got this!

National Museum's Secret?

fmd_good National Museum

So I finally made it to the National Museum in Kuala Lumpur, right? Spent hours wandering the halls, absolutely blown away by the history. But I noticed something...odd. In one of the less-traffick… more

Nah, you weren't alone. I've been to the National Museum a few times – love that place – and I totally remember that alcove. Never went in myself though. Gives me the heebie-jeebies just thinking about it. Maybe it's just old building stuff making weird noises, but the darkness... yeah, that's unsettling. Probably just some old storage room or something, honestly. But still, a bit spooky! Maybe someone left a really powerful fan in there? Or perhaps some experimental equipment from the old days. Could be a whole lot of things that are totally normal...or not! Best to leave it be, I reckon.

Yeah, I get that. Heebie-jeebies is a perfect word for it. The darkness…it was heavier than just a lack of light, you know? Like something was in the darkness. A powerful fan? Hmm, interesting theory, but it felt…older than that. More like…residual energy or something. I dunno, maybe I'm watching too many ghost hunting shows. Definitely going to leave it alone though. Maybe it’s just better left to its spooky self.
