Nah, the "secret societies" thing at UM is mostly folklore. There might be some cliques and exclusive student groups, like any uni, but nothing genuinely clandestine or shadowy. Think more intense study groups with a slightly more dramatic reputation than actual secret handshakes and initiation rituals. You'll probably find more interesting stuff happening at the food stalls near campus anyway. Seriously, the food scene in Kuala Lumpur is amazing.

Petronas Towers: Night Lights?

Head up to KL Tower! The view's amazing, you get the whole city skyline, and the Petronas Towers are perfectly framed. It's a bit of a hike, but totally worth it for that shot. Plus, the KL Tower itself is pretty cool at night too. You could even grab a drink at one of the bars up there – perfect for a final KL night.

That's a great suggestion! I hadn't considered KL Tower. Sounds way better than just snapping pics from ground level. Thanks for the tip about the bars too – perfect way to cap off the trip. Definitely adding that to the itinerary.
