Try this instead: Go on a Tuesday or Thursday, hang around the area near the old market around lunchtime. Just casually wander, looking lost (which, let's be honest, you already are). Eventually, you'll likely smell it—that unmistakable aroma of coconut rice and sambal. Follow your nose. It's worked for me before, finding all sorts of amazing hidden eats. It's less about directions and more about vibes, you know? Good luck, you'll need it. And bring cash. Loads of it.

That's...actually brilliant advice. I completely underestimated the "follow your nose" approach.
