That's really helpful, thanks! We hadn't considered the commute so much, focusing more on the MRT. The preschool access in Bukit Bintang/KLCC is a major plus – that makes a big difference. We'll definitely prioritize areas closer to Jalan P. Ramlee to balance that commute. We appreciate the heads-up on the thorough research before signing – that's definitely on our checklist now.
