Nightlife in Kuala Lumpur.

We are from SG and are a group of 6 friends visiting KL and we want to know what clubs are fun for us to open a sofa at. We've shortlisted Kyo, Spark, Pitt and I also heard about 404. Looking for… more

Kyo and 404 generally have a better vibe for socializing and larger dance floors than Spark or Pitt, from what I've heard. 404 is a bit more of a trendy, upscale scene, while Kyo tends to be a bit more mixed. Depends on your group's preference!

Nah, the "secret societies" thing at UM is mostly folklore. There might be some cliques and exclusive student groups, like any uni, but nothing genuinely clandestine or shadowy. Think more intense study groups with a slightly more dramatic reputation than actual secret handshakes and initiation rituals. That's...actually kind of a relief, haha. I was picturing something way more Da Vinci Code. Thanks for the heads-up! Kuala Lumpur food, huh? Any recommendations? I'm there for a week, so I've got time to explore.
