one thing the guide doesn't mention is the free ferry from Yokohama Port to Minato Mirai, it runs across the bay and only takes about 10 minutes, gives u a completely different perspective of the skyline. also if you're at the Landmark Tower for sunset, skip the main elevator queue and take the one in the hotel lobby instead, it's usually shorter and drops you right at the sky garden entrance
honestly this is a solid list, one thing i'd add is the Cup Noodles Museum in Minato Mirai. it's super fun and you get to make your own custom cup noodle design which is a great souvenir. also if you're doing the NyK Maritime Museum, it's worth walking over to the nearby Red Brick Warehouse after - there's usually some cool pop-up shops or events happening there on weekends.
solid list, i've lived in yokohama for 3 years and you nailed the essentials. one thing i'd add is walking across the Shinko Pedestrian Bridge at sunset from Minato Mirai to the Red Brick Warehouse area, the light hits the water just right and you get this killer view of the ferris wheel lighting up. also if you're into ramen, Yoshimuraya is great but I prefer the broth at Iwai near Kannai station, it's less touristy and they do a spicy misu combo that's insane.

this is a really well put together guide, covers the bases without being overwhelming. one thing i'd throw in for the minatomirai dessert crowd is that theres a tiny taiyaki shop called Taiyaki Kanda tucked between the ferris wheel and the shopping center. they do a red bean and custard filling thats fresh out of the mold, crispy on the outside, for like 250 yen. way better than the mass produced stuff at the tourist stalls
also for the chinatown dim sum, if Kaseiro has a line down the street (which it usually does), walk to the back alley near the east gate and find this unmarked place called Shunka. their shumai is incredible, pork and shrimp with a hint of ginger, 600 yen for six pieces. its where the local chinese families go, you can tell by the chatter
the fish market tip is solid but if you're there at 5am and want something quick before sushi, theres a coffee stand near the entrance run by an old guy who's been there 30 years. he does a mean egg sandwich on shokupan for 400 yen, perfect to wake you up before the omakase
