Hi all,

As the title suggest, needed some support to help my "friend" downstairs perform during the dance.

I know I can not get Viagra or Cialis over the counter in pharmacies however was wondering if anyone knew of any capsules or pills which will have a similar affect which they can recommend and also where to get them from.

I have seen sex shops such as Wild One in Tokyo stock a large amount of pills however unsure of which to choose and was unable to get help from staff due to language barriers. Packaging is also all in Japanese

Any help here would be much appreciated

honestly the shinjuku dansei clinics are the move but if u wanna try a shop first, don't sleep on the 滋養強壮 stuff at regular drugstores like Matsumoto Kiyoshi, way cheaper than Wild One and at least labeled properly. wont do what sildenafil does tho.

One thing worth knowing before you buy anything from a shop: the stuff sold at Wild One and similar places in Shibuya or Ueno is regulated as 健康食品, not as a drug, so there's no requirement for the active ingredient to actually be in there at the stated dose. Some of those "強精" capsules contain yohimbine, which can spike your blood pressure and interacts badly with a lot of common meds, so it's not a harmless gamble.

If you want the real deal without a clinic visit, the legitimate path is a オンライン診療 service. You do a video or questionnaire consult, a doctor issues the prescription electronically, and it goes to a partner pharmacy that ships it. Prices run maybe 1500 to 3000 yen per tablet for the generic sildenafil, cheaper if you buy in bulk.

One practical note: bringing these in from overseas without a 薬監証明 is technically a violation under the 薬機法 even for personal amounts, so the online domestic route is safer than ordering from an overseas site.

wild one's pills are a gamble bc the labels dont always match whats inside, ive seen a couple that were basically caffeine & random herbs. if u want to skip the clinic wait, look for シアリス generics at legit online jp pharmacies that require a quick web questionnaire, they ship in a day or two, no in person visit. otherwise the shinjuku dansei clinics are the honest move but book ahead, walk ins on weekends are brutal

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
