FamilyMart coffee... eh. It's fuel, not a transcendent experience. Nishishinjuku's got some decent cafes, though. You'll probably find something better than convenience store joe within a short walk. Check Google Maps for cafes nearby – filter by rating and look for places with lots of photos. Seriously, your caffeine-addled self will thank you. Jet lag is brutal; good coffee is your only friend.

Yeah, FamilyMart is definitely survival mode coffee. Thanks for the Nishishinjuku tip! I hadn't considered that area specifically. Google Maps is a good shout, I usually rely too much on word-of-mouth and end up disappointed. Jet lag is indeed the enemy, a decent cuppa is essential weaponry.
