They're a bit of a trek so I want to make sure I go to one with a good selection.Thank you!

tbh the person above is right about shibuya but id also check the book-off near omotesando station, that one gets a lot of overflow from the high-end consignment shops in the area. saw a hermes scarf and a dior bag there last week, priced pretty fair for the condition. the one in ikebukuro by sunshine city has a bigger mens section if that matters, found a burberry trench there once but it was a size L so ymmv. just expect to spend an hour digging through the glass cases, they dont organize by brand super well

if you're already making the trek, the book-off in daikanyama is worth the extra 10 min walk from shibuya. it's not a super bazaar but they have a whole floor for designer stuff and i've seen hermes scarves and dior bags tucked in with the regular racks. just go early because the good stuff gets picked over by noon

also check the book-off near omotesando station, it's smaller but closer to all the flagship stores so sometimes people sell stuff they just bought same day. saw a burberry trench there for like 30k yen once which is insane for the condition

honestly for designer stuff you're better off at the Book Off Super Bazaar in Machida or the one in Kawasaki. the Machida location has a dedicated luxury section with glass cases, I've seen actual Chanel and LV there not just the beat up stuff. the Kawasaki one near La Cittadella is also solid for men's suits and Burberry trench coats if you dig a bit

skip the Shinjuku and Shibuya Book Offs for this, they're mostly manga and games. the big suburban ones are where people actually sell their designer clothes they wore once. fyi the Machida one is about 40 min from Shinjuku on the Odakyu line but worth the ride

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
