if you're near shinjuku, check out the used camera floor at yodobashi camera main building. they have a glass case with old digicams, usually ¥5,000-¥12,000 range, and you get warranty which matters for vintage electronics. also book off in ikebukuro has a camera corner in the basement, i found a lumix fx33 there for ¥4,800 last month. for nct concert, honestly low light on cheap vintage cams is rough so try to get one with optical image stabilization, the canon ixus 100 is tiny and handles movement okay
