I've already read older threads but every time I go in person to these clinics mentioned they are closed... Anyone have any places I can go? I'm only here for 1.5 months, but i can't even get lil tony up anymore.

UGL is fine pm.

I can't use line either for some reason it's not available in the US, so i can't make an appointment thru phone.

try the tokyo medical clinic in azabu-juban. they do hormone stuff and take walk-ins but you gotta get there early, like before 9am. tbh most of the small clinics in shinjuku that used to do this have shut down or gone super strict. ugl wise check the telegram groups for tokyo expats, there's usually a few guys moving out and selling their stash quick. just don't expect top tier gear from a random dude in nakano

if you're near roppongi, the american pharmacy in the tokyo midtown building can sometimes point you to docs who do trt but it's hit or miss. for ugl the old trustme or similar telegram groups are dead now, check the discord servers for tokyo lifters or expat fitness, someone's always selling there

Yeah I'd skip most of the Shinjuku places, they've been getting cracked down on hard. There's a small clinic near Hiro-o station, I think it's called Hiroo Medical Clinic, they do walk-in blood work and will prescribe Test if your levels are actually low. Just bring your passport and expect to pay cash upfront, like 15k yen for the visit plus meds.

Where can I find crispy, pan-fried bacon similar to a certain international style?

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
