yeah the existing suggestions are solid. another option is the coast near the airport itself, like the haneda waterfront park area. it's not directly at the crash site but you can see the runways from there and it's a quiet spot where people have been leaving flowers along the fence line facing the airport. i'd go early morning or late evening when it's less busy with joggers and families. just bring something simple, a single flower or a note, and place it respectfully near the water. if you take the keikyu line to haneda airport terminal 3 station and walk about 15 minutes towards the water, you'll find a path along the bay with benches where it feels more personal than the terminal shrine
honestly just head to the airport itself, theres a small memorial area near terminal 3 arrivals on the ground floor by the taxi stand. japan airlines set up a spot there with flowers and a sign, people have been leaving stuff since it happened. if u get off at haneda airport station on the keikyu line, take the central exit and walk towards the international terminal, you'll see it. theres also a shrine nearby called anamori inari about 10 mins by bus if u want a more quiet place to pray, but the airport spot is where most folks are gathering
fwiw there's also the haneda airport memorial chapel in terminal 1, it's on the 2nd floor near the north wing. it's a proper quiet space run by the airport authority, not flashy or anything, just a small room with some chairs and a little altar. they've had a book of condolences set up for past incidents before, might be worth checking if they've got something similar now. it's less crowded than the observation deck and feels more intentional. just take the free shuttle bus between terminals, it runs every 10 minutes or so

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping
kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.
tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
