if you're okay with a bit of a hike, the dean & deluca in shibuya gets frozen pumpkin pies from the states too. they're not cheap like 3000 yen or something but it's the real deal. from chofu you can take the keio line to shinjuku and hop on the fukutoshin line, maybe 40 min total
another option is the costco in fuchu which is prob the closest to you. you don't need a membership if you go with someone who has one, just tag along. their pies are massive though so be ready for leftovers
Check the freezer section at the Seijo Ishii in Chofu itself, they sometimes carry the small Mrs. Smith's frozen pies from the US around this time of year. It's right by the station so you can pop in on your way home and see if they have any in stock.

theres a place in shimokitazawa called pie hole that does proper american pies around thanksgiving, they do preorders on their website. i got one last year and it was legit, real pumpkin not squash. from chofu its like 30 mins on the keio line to shinjuku then a quick switch to the odakyu line
