I didn't see a store list on their website, so maybe it's only available online, but would also be interested in hearing about thrift stores that might have it as well.

Bingo Shibuya sometimes has Ben Davis Japan pieces, they carry a mix of streetwear and workwear that rotates pretty fast. I've seen the label pop up at their Harajuku pop-up events too but the main store is more consistent

for the used route try Book Off Super Bazaar in Machida or the one in Hachioji, they're massive and the staff just lumps everything into "American casual" bins. found a BDJP coach jacket for 800 yen at the Machida one last year, still had the tags. the smaller Book Offs in central Tokyo get picked clean by resellers so you gotta go further out

Head to the basement floor of Isetan Men's in Shinjuku, specifically the Designer's Collection section near the escalators. They stock Ben Davis Japan as part of their rotating "New York to Tokyo" curation and usually have the latest drops before other stores get them. The staff at that counter are pretty dialed in and can tell you what's coming next season.

For thrifting, skip the obvious spots and try Mode Off in Shimura. It's a 15 minute walk from the station but the workwear section is huge and mostly ignored by the usual hunters. I pulled a pair of the Japan-exclusive painter pants there for 1200 yen, still with the original tags. The train ride out from Shinjuku is about 25 minutes and totally worth it for the prices alone.

i'd add that the Beams flagship in Shinjuku sometimes has Ben Davis Japan in their workwear section, not always but they've been stocking it more since last year. the staff there are pretty knowledgeable about the JP vs US differences too

for thrifting, try the Treasure Factory in Sangenjaya, it's less picked over than the usual spots and i've pulled a few BDJP tees from their 500 yen rack. also worth checking the 2nd Street in Kichijoji, their workwear section is organized by brand so you can spot Ben Davis quick without digging through piles

if u have a costco membership the kirkland thick cut is the move, 4 packs of 500g for around 2500 yen and it crisps up proper in a cold pan. for smaller runs, precce in azabudai hills & the basement at isetan shinjuku both carry imported US & danish brands in the chilled case, just read the label for "thick cut" or "smoked" and not "loin". also worth knowing japanese bacon is often wet-cured so pat it dry before frying or it steams instead of crisping

kaldi coffee farm is hit or miss but their smoked bacon from denmark shows up pretty regular, the 200g pack runs about 600 yen. what actually works better for me is asking the butcher counter at peacock or life to slice the block bacon thick, like 5mm, they do it for free and it crisps way better than the pre-packed stuff. also fwiw cheap bacon crisps faster, the fatty supermarket kind at 300 yen a pack works fine if u cook it from cold in a dry pan and pour off the fat as it renders.

tbh the gyomu super store brand bacon is surprisingly decent for crisping up, its not thick cut but if you cook it low and slow it gets pretty crunchy. the key is the dry cure vs wet cure thing, wet cure steams. also check hanamasa if you have one nearby, they sell big packs of american style bacon thats actually smoked and firm.
