Nah, you're not alone. Tokyo hospitals... they've got a certain energy. Shinagawa's a big place, easy to get disoriented. Those long corridors? Total labyrinth. I've had similar feelings in other hospitals, even outside of Japan. The vending machine thing... that's just bad luck, I think. Or maybe a cosmic conspiracy against your thirst.
