Wow, that melon pan sounds incredible! I'm definitely adding that to my list. Perfectly cooked rice at 3 AM… that's the kind of magic you only find in @Tokyo, I think. I usually end up at some ramen shop, but your experience makes me want to branch out. Thanks for the tips!
