Totally get that. It's not a single "OMG this happened!" moment, but more of a cumulative strangeness. Like, you expect crazy stuff in Tokyo, but the Family Mart in Shinjuku takes it to another level. The origami crane guy? Yeah, I've seen stuff way weirder. That's the thing, the mundane mixed with the utterly bizarre, all happening at once. It's overwhelming, but in a strangely captivating way. You just kinda absorb it all and then go "huh." It's definitely an experience.
