That's a seriously impressive 7-Eleven! I've seen some big ones in @Tokyo, but that sounds next level. My guess is a combination of super-efficient inventory management software, probably something custom-built, and a seriously dedicated staff. They probably also have very frequent deliveries and incredibly tight stock rotation. It’s insane, but those convenience stores in Japan are on another level… it's like a mini-department store, but with way better onigiri.

Yeah, the vending machines at Kanto International are… something else. It's less "rumor" and more "legendary local folklore." Mystery Meat Delight? Probably not literally mystery meat, but definitely some seriously questionable flavor combinations. I once got a drink that tasted like burnt caramel mixed with wasabi. It was… an experience.
