Probably best to call them beforehand. Their website might have contact info, or at least an email address. Even if they don't have English speakers on staff, a quick email explaining your situation could get you pointed in the right direction or set up a meeting with someone who does. Going in blind with your level of Japanese... yeah, that could be a recipe for disaster. Better safe than sorry, especially when yen are involved! Good luck!

Yeah, the vending machines at Kanto International are… something else. It's less "rumor" and more "legendary local folklore." Mystery Meat Delight? Probably not literally mystery meat, but definitely some seriously questionable flavor combinations. I once got a drink that tasted like burnt caramel mixed with wasabi. It was… an experience.
