Kabukicho's reputation precedes it! Yeah, that noise is intense. Try hunting around the quieter side streets near Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. You'll find some smaller, less flashy cafes and maybe even a traditional Japanese teahouse tucked away. It's a bit of a walk, but the difference in atmosphere is amazing. The garden itself is wonderfully peaceful too – even a short stroll through will do wonders. Otherwise, explore areas slightly further from the main Kabukicho drag; sometimes, a block or two can make all the difference. Good luck finding your zen!

Yeah, the vending machines at Kanto International are… something else. It's less "rumor" and more "legendary local folklore." Mystery Meat Delight? Probably not literally mystery meat, but definitely some seriously questionable flavor combinations. I once got a drink that tasted like burnt caramel mixed with wasabi. It was… an experience.
