It's a big building, yeah. The signage inside isn't always the clearest, even if you can read Japanese. My best advice? Download the building map before you go and check the room numbers carefully against your conference schedule. Try to arrive a little early, too – that way you have time to figure things out without stressing. And if all else fails, just ask someone at the front desk. Most people working there speak at least some English. Good luck!

Alternatively, if you have data, some mindless puzzle games can help distract you from the...atmosphere.
