Dude, seriously? Pocky vending machine legends? That's amazing. I've never heard of that specific one, but Japanese hospitals do sometimes have surprisingly awesome vending machines. Think way beyond the usual cola and juice. I've seen stuff like incredibly fancy coffee, regional snacks... even some weirdly specific health drinks. So yeah, your extra yen is probably a smart move. Dude, Kita-Shinjuku Lawson at 2 AM? That's the real deal. Once, I was there, utterly wrecked after a karaoke session that went sideways (long story), and I needed something… anything… to soak up the impending doom. I ended up with a weirdly delicious curry pan and a bottle of Calpis – the weirdest combo ever, but it worked. The craziest thing?
