Wow, thanks! That's actually a great idea. I hadn't thought about contacting the school directly. I'll definitely try that. Fingers crossed they have something – even a faded photograph would be incredible. It's more than just a tree, you know? It's a whole childhood wrapped up in that one spot... I'll let you know what I find out!
