Haha, "high-speed document processing center disguised as a minimalist art installation"... that's perfect! I can totally picture it. I was so flustered trying to figure out which line to get in, I almost forgot why I was even there. Luckily, someone pointed me towards the right counter – they were indeed slightly overwhelmed, but very patient. And the pen thing? Yep, learned that the hard way. Should of brought my own. Thanks for the tips, that helps a lot!
