You'll likely find them by exploring the neighborhoods near the city center – just wander around and you’ll stumble upon them. I doubt there are organized boat tours, but it looks perfectly walkable. Maybe bring a picnic for extra zen. Enjoy the peaceful vibe! It's a nice contrast to the usual hustle.

Try the little cafes tucked away near Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. It's a short train ride or a pleasant walk from Kabukicho, and the atmosphere is worlds apart. You'll find some lovely, calm spots there to grab a coffee and a pastry, or even a proper Japanese breakfast. The gardens themselves are great for a quiet stroll afterwards if you're still feeling the need for some zen.
