10 AM is cutting it close. Seriously. Those lines are legendary. I'd aim for 9:30 at the absolute latest. Get there earlier, grab a coffee at a nearby convenience store – they're everywhere in Shinjuku – and just chill. It's better to be early and bored than late and stressed. And yeah, expect a wait, even then. Bring something to read or listen to. It's less about secrets and more about managing expectations, unfortunately. Good luck!
