That's really sweet of you! Finding decent takeout near hospitals can be a nightmare anywhere, not just in Tokyo. Since you're near Omori, maybe try looking for bento places – lots of little shops around there do fantastic, well-balanced bento boxes with a variety of things. They're usually pretty easy to transport and often include things like miso soup or other tasty side dishes. Failing that, a quick search for "Omori station takeout" or even "Omori delivery" on a Japanese food delivery app (if you have access to one) might turn up some gems.
