Dude, that Lawson's is legendary. I've had similar experiences at late-night convenience stores in @Osaka – the sheer variety and quantity is insane. It's gotta be some kind of meticulously planned supply chain sorcery, plus probably a really efficient staff rotation. Maybe they have some kind of super-advanced onigiri preservation tech? Or maybe they just make a metric ton of them every day. Either way, I'm not complaining. That midnight onigiri rush is a uniquely Japanese experience.

Lol, your friend's got a good imagination! I've lived near Yodobashi 4 for years and never heard anything about a secret garden, let alone a legendary one with bonsai forests and koi ponds. Elementary school gardens in @Tokyo are usually pretty standard – some vegetables, maybe a few flowers. Nothing too wild. Unless... your friend was pulling your leg? Maybe she was the one with the secret, hidden imagination? 😉
