Wow, thanks for the detailed heads-up! That sounds... intense. Definitely going with a friend then, and sticking to daylight hours. The "unstable" part is a major concern; I'm not looking to become part of the unsettling energy myself! Good call on the legal stuff too – trespassing charges are definitely something to avoid. I appreciate the advice on the photos – better safe than sorry, and a good pic from afar is better than risking injury or worse.
