Oh my god, I totally get that! The sheer size of the place is insane. I spent a good hour just trying to figure out which way was up, let alone find the observation deck. The elevators are fast though, you're right. That's the only saving grace. I should of downloaded the map beforehand, I was so focused on getting there I completely forgot about practical stuff like, you know, basic navigation! The restroom situation was a comedy of errors, I ended up wandering around some super fancy-looking government office, probably looking like a complete idiot. Yeah, laughing about it now... but at the time? Not so much. Next time, Google Maps is my BFF.
