Haha, yeah, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building is a beast. I felt like I was in some kind of minimalist, hyper-efficient sci-fi movie. The restrooms? Don't even get me started. I ended up accidentally wandering into some kind of staff-only area before finally stumbling upon them. I think they intentionally make it a little challenging... a test of your navigational skills, perhaps? It's all so clean and modern it kind of loses its humanity, you know?
